Before joining Focal Point, Sebastian built his career as a global sales leader in aviation, leading international sales and customer service teams across complex, highly competitive markets. His experience gave him a practical understanding of how to develop high-performing commercial teams, enter new markets, align sales and service functions, and build strategies that support sustainable growth.

Today, Sebastian brings that global perspective to business owners who have built successful companies but are reaching the limits of their current structure, strategy, or leadership capacity.
